Area 11 Digital
At the present time Area 11 packet operations is on 145.09 and 446.50 MHz. Later as activity increase it may be necessary to go to different frequencies for certain counties. In this case a 446.50 backbone node(s) will be needed to provide a link to other area counties.

RMS PACKET INFORMATION
Area 11
presently has 2 stations running RMS Packet Nodes. Dick, W3OA, and Richard, W4LN,
are both on 145.09 MHz. RMS stations are using -10 with their call sign. Link
to either W3OA-10 or W4LN-10 and type "H" for Help information about
using these nodes and type "I" for additional information.
An RMS Packet
node is a Winlink 2000 gateway station which combines
VHF/UHF Packet and a TELNET connection via the Internet to the Winlink mail
system. After connecting to an RMS node, a packet station may send
and receive email messages with any Internet based email address worldwide. In
addition, messages may be exchanged between Winlink user stations by specifying
call signs instead of an email address. Look within the www.winlink.org
site for additional information.
